Spot The Loonies (A&K's Fri-Sat Schedule)

(This is an evolving post, meant to help our readers plan their activities and stay apprised of the latest updates.)

FRIDAY:

0000h-1030h: A&K sleep in and attempt to repress memories of their Bachelor/ette shindigs

1100h: Picking up rental items

1200h: A: Mani/Pedi
K: Back at 1930 Koopmans, prepping for:

1245h-1630h: Semi-open house. Meaning that all are welcome to stop by and see the place and chat and meet up with other guests, etc., but probably also meaning that no one should expect to stay that whole time, or we'll end up with an uncomfortably full house.

1630h: Rehearsal with wedding party, photog, moms, and pastor

1730h: Big Family Dinner (BFD) at Ristorante Italiano (Families only, as the title of the event more than implies.)

2030h-2300h: Drinks and Dessert for the younger crowd (For the younger crowd only, as the name indicates,) Location Top Secret

2301h (or whenever,): A and K say goodnight, not to see each other again until the following 1700h

(note: These last two events, which together encompass 90% of our guests, are by special invitation only. If you did not receive an invite by email last week, it probably means you're not invited. It does not mean we don't love you. Most of those people will only be coming to town on Saturday, as we understand it.)

SATURDAY:

1000h: Waking, final packing, etc.

1300h: Dueling hair appointments

1500h: A & Co. begin primping

1600h: K & Co. arrive Natural Bridges to receive chairs, setup ceremony

1645h-1700h: Guests arrive

1705h: Ceremony

1730h: April's name changes

1735-1820: Guests transit to FCC for reception, sign guest book, make fun of how corny/brief/cold/wet ceremony was, etc. Wedding party remain for pictures

1835h: A&K arrive reception

2015h: Ideal Cake Cutting Time

2100h: A&K quick-change and depart for OAK (Latest departure time: 2130h)

2200: You don't have to go home, but you can't stay at FCC
